Operator note. This describes what the software stores. Check it against the data protection law that applies to you, add your legal entity and any regulator details, then delete this box.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: username, email address, name, phone number and anything else you add to your profile, including an avatar if you upload one.
  • Financial records: your wallet balance and every transaction — deposits, giveaway entries, prizes, refunds, settlements, withdrawals and fees.
  • Payment information you give us: the account details you enter for a withdrawal, and any deposit proof you upload.
  • Activity: the giveaways you create or join, winners you select, reports you file and support tickets you open.
  • Technical data: your IP address at sign-up and last login, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.

2. Why we hold it

  • To run your account and your wallet.
  • To operate giveaways — taking entries, drawing winners, paying prizes and settling leaders.
  • To verify deposits and process withdrawals.
  • To answer your support tickets and investigate reports.
  • To detect fraud and duplicate accounts, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

3. What other people can see

Your username is public. It appears on giveaways you create and, if you win, in the winners list of that giveaway. A leader can see the username, display name, entry amount and join time of everyone who joined their giveaway. Nobody other than you and our staff can see your email address, phone number, wallet balance, transaction history or payout details.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our hosting provider, with payment partners where needed to complete a deposit or withdrawal, and with authorities where the law requires it or to investigate fraud.

5. How long we keep it

Financial records are kept for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require, even after an account is closed — we cannot delete a ledger entry that another person's refund or settlement depends on. Read notifications older than 60 days are deleted automatically. Support tickets and uploaded files are kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

6. Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; we cannot read them and will never ask you for yours. Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and every database query uses prepared statements. Uploaded files are stored outside the code path and cannot be executed. No system is perfect, so use a password you do not use anywhere else.

7. Cookies

We set one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is HTTP-only, and marked secure when the site is served over HTTPS. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your choices

  • Update your profile details at any time from your account settings.
  • Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to close your account. Withdraw your balance first — we cannot pay out a closed account, and financial records are retained as described above.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.

9. Children

FairDrawX is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we delete such accounts when we find them.

10. Contact
